Ghosts Whisper Loud and Clear

Hosted in a historical building that was once inhabited by the poet Emil Isac, our exhibition delves into the depths of nostalgia’s multifaceted nature, laying bare the collective yearning for eras bygone in the face of shattered visions for what lies ahead. Convening artists bound by shared histories, the exhibition reveals the bittersweet consolation of nostalgia while simultaneously exploring the disconnect and dislocation that can arise in our relationship with technology and the tenuous chasm that digital culture can impose upon our sense of belonging. It is within these ethereal realms that our yearnings for an idealized past intertwine seamlessly with the longing for unrealized futures.
